Ok so it involved some running but in my defence - it was an offroad duathlon....

Dude, respect! I could barely hold myself up after that climb, let alone a 14kg steel bike with one hand!

I know it says MTB - only have a road one....

 

At the Jock this year, felt strong after pushing my mate up the hill:

In his defense - There was a prize ( a set of brand new MTB Cycling Rims) for the person who did the most craziest thing during the climb of this specific hill on the stage. There were people popping wheelies and even sitting on each other's shoulders whilst trying to climb the hill at the end.
