[Event] Carnival City Macsteel National Classic Cycle Race

At one stage we were in a half metre corridor between 3 coaltrucks and a rather high edge to the tar. At 20k (we had to really slow down) you can easily wobble, touch the truck and... I am completely flabbergasted. Could have been any of us. RIP fellow cyclist and clearly someone that made a big difference in life (ChOC).

Well Up To the organisers, This event was TOPS...

MY Ride.... whole other story, went too hard in BL the first hour so ended up cramping to HELL , Thanks to the marshalls for assisting(legs locked up and almost took some guys down...so sorrrrrry). A Pathetic 3h06 but hey ... I Had an awesome time !!!!

To the idiots who leave you out in the wind after pacing (those lazy A-Holes who never come through, but refuse to let you into the bunch), Thanks for Nothing

Not to worry, think I found the problem, user.... brain still in peddle mode and not computer mode.

It asks for Championchip number.... not Macsteel Classic race number, duh to self.

will try ltd again when off baby duty.

IMO, that stretch of road is just pure dangerous...

What gets on my nerves today is that, the very same company of truck drivers were driving as close as they can to the shoulder lane (that nearly taken me out of action ), right after they've driving past through that tragic accident scene...

On a different note, Thanks once again to the event organizer for today's event!

Found last years results by going and simply finding the actual race.

Was just trying to find my previous years results, found it, another way, but then decided I wanted to figure out how the championship site works (aka search for previous years/races results).

What are you trying to achieve?

Lookup your results from today, click on your name and then on the left hand side of the screen there should be a link that says "More info on this participant", click on that.

Enjoyed the event, only issues i have is with the toilets in the parking area with no toilet paper so we had to go use the ones in the Casino which is a bit of a schlep if you have your bike with you, and fellow cyclists in AM bunch taking up the whole road, very different to last weeks one where they mostly behaved themselves. Start, finish and marshaling along the route excellent. Post ride meal of beer and boerrie rolls added to a good day in the saddle.
