What is your goal or goals for cycling in 2014?

Lost my mojo....

 

Mine has kept going missing also - you'll find it again. My cure, a sunrise ride on a beautiful day with a couple of good friends. Doesn't matter MTB or Road, when you see our stunning countryside like that you may find your mojo came with you to take a look as well

Sub 3.10 - 99er

Sub 3.15 - Argus

Continue commuting to work

Keep spinning once a week

Ride more with the betty and help her improve her weaknesses and give her confidence to push herself.

  • Train more often during the week
  • Sub 3h00 Argus
  • Do all the road events
  • Ride at least one mtb event, and if its fun do as many as possible
  • Ride my roadie and mtb more equally
  • Commute to work daily
  • Do a road trip/weekend away on my bike

2014 Goals:

Sub 4 hour Sabie Marathon

Sub 2:40 94.7

3 Towers Race (The longer one)

Try my hand at more road races

Remain injury free!

2014:

 

1. Do more MTB training and races

2. Drop some body fat to be faster on the hills

3. Argus - 3h15 (This year 3h30)

4. 94.7 - 2h50 (this year 3h03)
