Great topic. Thought provoking.

To ride a trail at least once a week with my kids.

Cool related article about "Life Balance & Cycling Goals"

http://blogs.bicycli...-balancing-act/

This made me go and have a look. According to my Garmin report, I’ve spent a total 382 hours (and some change) training this year. That’s a total of 16 days. As a percentage, I’ve spent 4% of this year on my bike. About 40% of that was on the indoor trainer so at least I was at home for those hours.

An average of 7 hours/night sleep works out to 30% and a 9 hour workday = 38%. That brings me to 72% (all of the above).

The rest of the 28% must all have been spent between the missus, social, doing what you have to do, (getting ready for work, getting ready to train) etc etc. That ain’t to bad right. :whistling:
