I wouldn't bother.

Changing the groupset will be too pricey for weight saved. When the RD dies, upgrade, and the brakes are lekker as they are.

The bike pedals so well and tractors up any climb.

68 km done this morning on my Fatty

I have settled my pressures at .5 front and .65 rear

At times I get 10km/h for hours at end. 68km was a good ride.

I had a blast in Jonkershoek this morning! Its grips like hell on the loose stuff, single tracks are so much fun! At the moment my front is at .8 still to hard but I'm still testing my own tubeless job...the back still got a tube in and is a bit softer! I past a couple of 29'ers on an uphill single track...they were amazed/pissed off....he..he...I had a solid hard 3 hours of hard climbing and lots of single track!post-42252-0-25288400-1421041832_thumb.jpg

Had so much fun at Northerns this morning!

Such a different riding experience, its like the trails are all new.

Definitely works the body, and since I suffer with sciatica, my back took a pounding. Time to work that core!

To finish off my leave I am going for a 26km beach ride followed by a ride to The Black Oystercatcher for lunch and lotsa wine. Fury has served me well. BB and hub service well earned.

I have learned the same thing - these big boys don't move themselves!
