Qunziato then proceeded to rant and rave like a madman on Twitter and refused to apologise. Apparently the BMC team have subsequently apologised. He has got to start having some doubts he'll get to the top step in a classic, as much as VanMarcke will be having about sprint finishes with FC. GVA put in such a dig and fought to the end. Respect. Shame that OPQS managed to mess that one up so badly. Stijn did the right thing as a marker at the front but the rest of the team seemed to be hamstrung by the DS only with Terpstra going when it was far too late. I understand the emotional attachment to TB but even so they had numbers and positioning and blew it. Having said that there looked to be very little that any one could do about Sparticus. Don't cancel that DSTV subscription this month 4hrs on Sunday - damn, I'm going to be blown by the time we get to the finale. 3hrs on the IDT racing those hellingen yesterday and my legs were jelly by the end. It was such a flippin jol watching the race from the bike that I'm sending the missus out to friends again this weekend. 4hrs racing on the IDT this Sunday...
