Try the city lodge in George. We slept there last year. Only an hour from Uniondale. Awesome place.

I'm curious, where did it go wrong, what would you do differently next time?

 

My first K2C and I'm keen to go for a sub4, it's going to be tough but what's the point of aiming for a Sub 4h20...

Did a 4:20 last year, came 324th, hit the wall bad on the last 15k's, granny gear, cramps ect ect, i trained a little harder this year and did more hills, i weigh 93 now, will go and race on 88, hopefully this time ill make it ????
