Only draw back is the stanchions are so exposed to rock strikes etc, be easier to replace them though!

 

I'd say the stanchion covers are a must.

Would definately need that otherwise your morning ride could get very expensive on you.

Very keen to see the details on this. Agree it looks like it might be a fatbike fork. If so, then you could potentially have one fork that could be used with a fat front wheel or a 29" in wheel. Fatwheel on a 26" rim is around 28.75" diameter.

Same people who said 1x11 will be a waste and 29er's are a fad are you watching closely.

RS has the RnD budget to make this work. The lefty is a marvel of engineering and this will be just as awesome!
