mazambaan Posted April 1, 2014 Share This is tragic. RIP son. While investigating and bringing the possible offenders to justice won't bring him back it is one part of the process needed for motorists (particularly government officials) to respect cyclists (pedestrians and motorcyclists). BarHugger Posted April 1, 2014 Share So sad and unnecessary. Completely avoidable......especially if the law enforcer in question acted within the law. It seems that if you are a law officer of any kind the rules does not apply to you. Have seen Tshwane Metro Police speeding, not wearing seat belts, talking on cell while driving, changing lanes without even indicating, double parking to buy food or pick up friends, sleeping in vehicle with KFC on dash, using sirens and blue lights for no apparent reasons, driving unroadworthy vehicles, and the best, coming to a dead stop in the centre lane on a highway during peak traffic. All sympathy and strength to the family. Edited April 1, 2014 by BarHugger
