Ulissi's TT performance has left an ex pro like Dan Lloyd "almost speechless". This follows his 2 stage wins. I'm a new fan of his, don't get me wrong. Believe it or not there are UCI rules concerning this!The point of the saddle shall be a minimum of 5cm (see article 1.3.019 below) to the rear of a vertical plane passing through the lower bracket spindle. The saddle support shall be horizontal (see figure 1).
