The black is basecoat black. Once I have the whole frame looking like that it will be shot with normal glossy clearcoat. When this is dry everything gets sanded smooth again to get rid of any ridges that the pinstripes etc could have made. Once im happy with that finish the whole thing gets some Matt clearcoat.
