:offtopic: but serious.

When I look at the data my heart rate is much higher than other people. I average about 170bpm while most people seem to average around 150bpm.

Should I have my heart checked out?

HR is higher on an IDT than our on the road due cooling mostly. i am the same have a look at the first online race ave HR was like 174bpm.

RPE is also a lot higher on an IDT than our on the road

Ok that was a stupid question when it tells you how many gigs lol.

How do I link my heart rate now ? I didn't get a Hr strap with my power beam pro Bluetooth but I have my garmin one and my garmin GPS.

Must I just buy a power tap HR strap ?

what "head unit" are you using for CVT? desktop? iPad? Android?

1 more question: whenever you do a virtual route you get the option to calibrate. Is there a shortcut to go straight to the calibration function?

I am thinking of tuesday before the race starts

again what "head unit" are yo using? if its a tablet when you are in the pre ride part of the ride and you at the screen where activated sensors is shown select calibrate under your PowerBeam this is a 120sec roll down calibration.

This virtual training thing is becoming a bit addictive. I mean it is a perfect day outside and I know they are forcasting rain during the week but still I am thinking to rider go sit on the trainer for 1.5h+

Is this normal or rather very abnormal?

you will get a "better" ride on the IDT than out on the road that's for sure. its a quick way to success without dope......

I'm using the iPad ? And then my ride

Info gets transferred to training peaks

under settings > Virtual Bikes > HR Sensor > Enable > ensure you are wearing the HR sensor and the iPad should pick it up provided you have a Wahoo ANT+ key plugged into your iPad as most standard HR straps are ANT+ if using a BLE HR strap ensure BLE is turned on on your iPad and follow the above.

Laptop! But the action is the same I guess. That screen pops up before any ride if I remember correctly

Where do you navigate to in the VT app to search friends and see friend requests?

I recieved a notice on email of a friend request, but can't find such thing in the app?

this is correct, after the finding of sensors page there is a calibrate option.
