Nice skipperw. I actually love the interval interface....something about those little lines moving up and down real time that motivates me. Its also a breeze to create workouts...heck I have even linked my resistance(the powerbeam is an ergo trainer remember) to a sufferfest video and created a workout so when the video is saying 8 out 10....my ergo trainer kicks in automatically and puts the resistance to 80% of my mean max power which you can calculate from your ftp or do a test for on the same device.

Loving life...winter se gat.

as far as I've seen is 8/10 about 115% of FTP. is that correct?

Yea....but about 80% of MMP..or mean max power. The spreadsheet you sent uses FTP. I just doubled checked with MMP.

Love that spreadsheet mnr, thanks ALOT for it

Riding those 8/10's are tough and then they start throwing in those 8.25, 8.5 and 9's :nuke:

quick question for Dave...I received a question via pm from someone asking what they require to participate in these races

They have a cyclops trainer but have a samsung tablet 10.1....Does this tablet have the right bluetooth protocol and am I right in saying they would thus only require a BLE speed and cadence sensor
