This type of training is ideal for sorting out weaknesses and improve pedal technique. Try varying pedal power between L and R leg.........1min for L leg at 250W with R leg just rotating along, next minute switch over to right leg. 6-10min of this.......real leg muscle pump and hamstrings take shots.

 

Just keeping it interesting.

BTW I just checked: my average pace over the last year was never lower than 35km/h in a real life roadrace (a day on the Panorama Tour when I completely fell apart). On my IDT I kuk to do better than 33km/h for 90 min...

Guys are we going to make an effort for Tuesday evening 7pm?

 

Yup im keen for tuesday evening... I now know how to get to the start line properly so i wont break myself for nothing next time :whistling: :ph34r:

I just finished dam, YOU OKES MUST WAKE UP :)

Just raced against a hubbers wife. Blue Lagoon route. Jeez its hard work. I got 2.7W/kg and just kept up with her. This stuff will kill you (or make you stronger). Do your training rides in racing mode then we can all "race" against known virtual partners.
