We were meant to watch lion king on her birthday the other day and my choice on mine this weekend... Might have to do a double feature then.... But it also is st Patrick's weekend.... So things are going to be busy!

Wait for the action animation to come out..if you don't want to watch the original.

No what am I saying you have to watch the original.

Pretty much the first move that took effects to a whole new level

Whhaatt? Keanu's acting aside (although it could have been worse, Will Smith was supposed to have taken the role), I have never had the same feeling from any other movie when walking out of the cinema. It was just mind-blowing (granted I was 20 at the time), and it is still in my Top 5 movies ever.

Despite his typically wooden, ahem, 'acting style', I think the role suited him well.

Actually watched it the other night and it's ageing quite well.

I re-watched Salmon Fishing in the Yemen this week and it is still as delightfully entertaining as the first time I saw it. 8/10.  Emily Blunt and Ewan McGregor are perfectly cast and I think this might be my favourite Kristin Scott Thomas role of all time.
