Hi hubbers

I don't usually complain,but I think it was organised a bit shoddy.

The waterpoints were horrible, and the pull away times weren't honoured as we were supposed to,I pulled away late.

But the routes were cool, quite challenging, but nice.

Only the 2 groups in 30km were joined together and started at 9am. Race was good with juice water and goo at the water points. My first Walkerville and really good. Will be back next year.

Let the organisers know Chris directly only way you will effectively know your feedback gets heard

The level has definitely gone down this year , water tables were a real let down and the route markings were p$ss poor . I saw a unnecessary crash in A because the guys missed a marking they went down really hard .

The route was fantastic , if only the organizers can get there act together .

For a race labelled as Gauteng's coldest race the weather was actually really nice. In fact every other race/ride I did since May was colder as this one! :-) Quite enjoyed it and things went a lot better for me than last weeks Hakahana. Sure enough the two routes can't be compared but last week I started cramping at 30km's already which made for a long day in the saddle but this week did a lot more planning for the race and I finished without having any difficulty or issues.

For the first time in many many years I will not be there ... will think of y'all while I'm still under the warm duvet ;)

Second year (in a row) that I've missed it (or didn't miss the chilly weather)

not sure what your expectations are on this. It would have been nice to have the level of water points you get in trailseekers, but guess sponsorships and smallish race numbers dont help either. Organisers have been chirped before on profiteering before, but not so sure this is the case here. But would need to check the books to know for sure........ I must say i am not sure the water would have lasted for all racers which would not be forgiven, but i finished before this would have happened. Otherwise nice race Edited by TooTall?

I can't see the results on Spectrumsports.

I agree that the route was great but the water points were rubbish.
