I've got one too, I also think it's ***. Flexy as a pool noodle and grips like a dead fish handshake. Pretty sure if I tried to hang a DH bike on it it would explode.

 

Just so you know you're not alone.

 

The Park workshop stand is about R 8k with the base though, so as with everything you get what you pay for.

 

Edit: it does have its place though. For home use, and for the price, it's orders of magnitude better than working on the floor, and it folds up.

Just bought a cwc bike stand for R350

....seems Ok quality wise for basic bike work.
