dropped my chain twice will have to get it checked out. 2.55 next race I might be able to stay with you guys I can feel I'm getting stronger

After the race i left my front wheel next to my car and drove off without it. Idiot...

 

It is a Campagnolo Eurus.

 

I have contacted someone to assist at the lost and found, but just in case no one hands it in i would be grateful if anyone hears of anything.

For all that extra entry fee, we got a whole lot of nothing. I got a entry for free from one of my customers. Rode the 46km road race on my mtb with him. No medal, nothing special, just a rip off in my opinion. It seems as soon as CWC come onboard with a race it becomes expensive, and worse than before.

Did the 54km MTB, started off on the worse note, Marshall sending us on Road race route, luckily somone noticed & took us back to the intended route via the back roads. Then I dropped my chain not once but twice, punctured as well but I just had to bomb, lost my 2 man group in the process, was in contention for a top 5 at least. Route markings were poor in some areas, luckily I didn't get lost, heard of others who unfortunately did, already gave feedback regarding route markers to one of race the organisers since he came upto us & asked how the route was . I reckon the race was poorly attended overall Or maybe I just arrived too late.

We managed to come in 2:52. Was a fun day out. Not sure was beter offering than west coast express. Still chilling at prize giving.

Still tough ride for me, wasnt feeling well, wind was also tough, and that last climb felt like forever. 3hr dead

Ja, somehow the marshal saw us as the "fatbike" roadbike group! Our group cycled all the way back past the start. Markngs a bit swak, at some places I felt like I was alone on the road. Ended up doing 62km but with 5odd weeks of training, think 3:06 with that exstra 5k's isnt that bad. Lovd that trails, need to come ride more over there.

Snapped rear derailleur cable halfway, gradually lost gears and did last 10 kms single speed. Some single track was OK and views nice up at the mast, but probably my least favourite race. Had no soul to it, just felt like it was there for a few companies to advertise and rider experience came second to that.. Few nice dudes on the trail though, so wasn't a complete loss!
