Thats do-able, You just have to avg 20km/h. I did a 400k last year december in 20hrs. That leaves 4hrs to do another 100.

Who's game?

There is that 24hour Kyalami thing that could be a good occasion for this.

Did the "Strava Rising" thing last month. Was pretty tough living in Pretoria and racking up climbing meters.

Rapha rising?

I must say that one intrigued me but I've been a bit busy. But damn, 8800 meters gain in 9 days? Yikes. :D

Done it every month this year except July (sometimes road, sometimes mtb) - took the month off after all the training for and riding Race2Rhodes...

Will start again this month  .

LOL, yeah I was trying to think of the most devastating hill within a 10k radius and it meant I'd have to ride up it 110 times (x2km) to hit that target or face some ludicrous mileage. Fun tiiiimes!

I got halfway

That's a toughie, while going to work with no cerebral fog

Ah, clever approach using the flatness of Brits to your advantage. 143k MTB Fondo - nicely done!

Yes that route is flat. If you prefer more climbing you can try Van Gaalen over Breedts to shebeen and back or Home of Chicken Pie to Van Gaalen and back.

Hah! I'd be happy to just get the 130 for now! :D Climbing and distance can come later...although now that you mention it, ending a ride at the home of the chicken pie sounds like a dead right idea.
