I doubt either of those two would be taken over by Omnico. Cool Heat and Cape Cycles are rather big companies in their own right. As for the Crank Brothers thing, Omnico was approached by CB, not the other way around. Bicicletta was extremely difficult to work with and very rarely had stock.

 

I personally think it's a good thing that Omnico now have control over Crank Brothers.
