Well done !Did you train specifically for this .I know the legs and heart will be O,K ,but i am not sure about 17 hours on a saddle

 

I did Race to Rhodes so it helped to have something in the legs. Other riders didn't and also made it. No specific training needed, just pacing & patience.

Legs & lungs. All about pacing. Stay below LAT, fuel the engine and anyone can go forever,

Bum. Right saddle then its just a bit of HTFU and you're good to go.

It's a blood test.... I will do yours for free.... :) :) Edit.... I will use a BIG needle....

Note - I was thinking a stainless steel needle..... professional grade..... might have to poke around a bit for a vein big enough for it after showing it to DIPS...... that is if he is still even standing.......
