Hi everyone. Relatively new cyclist. Did my first race past weekend d2d! just want some advice how does one improve climbing hills and also whats good for post race or long ride recovery drinks?

Hussain...cycling is and will always be a power to weight game. Up your power output for same intensity by training(sweet blood and requires great dedication), down your weight(no, dont start with your bike...start with your belly, much easier to influence by eating a healthy diet)
