have been maxing my credit card there since the last two years. 
Service is incredible, and Janos is always keen for a nice chat and to give advice. Now that Louis bresler is there, you even get some nice mechanical advice.

 

Have bought a range of products, any issues, a replacement was given, no questions asked. The other online stores better be carefull.

I don't mean to rain on the parade and i am sure they deliver excellent service so this may only be a minor glitch. I inquired via their website about a bottom bracket for my Rotor cranks. Has been quite a few days and no response so far.

 

Electronic comms aren't perfect and glitches happen.

Good to see Naas acknowledging your post and keen to get it sorted.

Some others just wouldn't bother.
