Midvaal cycle challenge

The wind was quite hectic but it was fun. can this be seen as a fairly flat one?

I registered 539 metres of climb over the 82 kms (I registered slightly more than the advertised 80 km's ) which I guess is fairly flat. To be honest I have no frame of reference as to what is hilly and what is considered not to be.

did this last year

Venue was badly hosted, also there was a lack of marshals etc

Was surprised when I did the fast one this year and so  how you can host a good event at the racecourse.

I am skipping this one, gonna focus on my puncy climbs, and more climbing races for the 94

Not really... heading out East of the race that resembles a triangular shape between Heidelberg, Vaal Dam and the Race Track

Thanks Gerald, it looks an interesting route.

Although I'm not too familiar with that area, I do know one thing, and thats that the wind just loves to blow out there!
