The two are never the same. That a pic that should be used in private has been put in the public domain is issue enough. THAT IT GETS ENDORSED BY 94.7 is beyond mental

They are directly responsible for giving this horrendous image the chance to be voted on. The voting process in itself says a lot about the attitude that 90% of JHB residents have towards cyclists.
