Final corner into todays finish... this could get interesting and leaves opportunity for a lot of guys with the finish so close after the corner... definitely need to be first through there to have any real chance

Yes he is.. 60km TT.. a whole lot of time can be made up

I think that is why bert and Aru worked together the other day to gain more time on Uran.

Uran definately the strongest in the TT. I agree with your assessment on that. I read somewhere that Uran was suffering the effects of a bad head cold. I think he could still be a serious threat.

Does anyone want to join my game. . Pick a winner.. but there are rules. . You aren't allowed to pick a favourite and must be done no later than at 20km to go, highest placed finisher gets bragging rights[emoji13] ... I won't be home to see the end. . So I will commit now.. Manual Belletti

Ok, I'll bite - Roberto Ferrari

How can you lose with a name like that?

Holy moly, that is going to be interesting.

Looks like its going to a sprint to the corner, whoever gets there first surely should win...

The jockey'ing for position could see the front runners on the floor through that turn with an outside horse getting a clean run to the finish.

See what I did there? :whistling:

It might raise suspicion- There was that Dr. Ferrari who was implicated in some doping scandal.

Any body see the tweet by Greg Henderson, calling out Aru on skipping on his bio passport and calling him a cheating doper?

Aru's lawyers have laid charges on greg Henderson now for defamation of character, going to be hard to prove that he was not doping, as he skipped the dope test :P

And today they are racing in the peleton against each other again. :P

I saw that headline, and still meant to go read it, but then I got distracted.

But shouldn't he automatically get a ban?

Mmmm.. oh of course he rides for astana

Edit.. read article.

Article read.

This is all a bit too flance to me, he also took everyone to court every time they said anything. .

two hrs racing

avg speed 44.5 km/h

That's more like it. They've been hovering around 35kmh on the flat stages last week.

Poephols need to earn their money. ☺

I said Viviani. Is he not in play as a favourite?

I'm not surprised the Gorilla will depart after this stage. Why a sprinter wants to haul his ass over them mountains is beyond me.

Rai TV just showed a video of the finish. Looks very narrow. The motorbike doing the vid had to slow down past a parked car. It's sure going to be interesting.
