So although he didn't throw the bottle, he get's the one-day ban. The mechanic threw the bottle.

Weather: hot and sunny with tarmac-melting temperatures of 33˚C with a light 10km/h tailwind from the west.I think your description is correct. Tar seems to be different in Europe. Perhaps to cope with the colder average temp but in Italy and England I rode on melting tar at temperatures I found quite comfortable. When tar melts in SA it can be a bit tougher.

He has been trying all damn tour. But sigh.. too many capable climbers there they are going to try get rid of him and probably succeed too.
