Out of interest, does anyone know if the TdF race rules are available on the interweb? And are the daily fines published eg long bottles, irregular feeding, peeing in 'public'? The google machine is letting me down.....

And from now on, it's Stink-Off. :)

Well I from time to time refer to Mr Tinkov as Stinkov..

That man must be a handful lol

Crazy Russian.

I am sure it must be there on the TDF website.

There are just so many damn rules.

The irregular feeding zones are generally .. cut off to take on fuel on non mtn stages 20km from end and mtn stages 10km, though they do sometimes make decisions on the fly depending on weather etc.

I don't think there are TDF rules as such. I think there are UCI rules?

For anyone interested, there is a PDF of the Official Handbook of the Tour de France for this year available on the net.

It is a 159Meg file with the torrent name:

102nd.Le.Tour.de.France.2015.RoadBook-Z37O

It details every stage, with street plans of the route through the start and finish towns. Gives you km points along the route for each town etc etc.

So I am sure we will see a bit of a dice upfront today for the only KOM point on offer between Danny T and J Rod.

Does Purito really need to. His eyes should be on the GC

I agree but it would only need to be a short break away to the KOM which comes after only 12.5km to put him level in the climbers competition on 3 points and give him and his team the chance to stand on the podium today for the polkadot jersey.

Nah, bad idea. Lately whenever I've unexpectedly missed something I've missed AB's world record century, Chris' fight back at the Dauphine and the Brakpan South Darts. Never miss an opportunity.
