Hey Chris,

Do you have any intermediate/advanced clinics planned for after Easter?

Keen on either Hakahana or PWC (Or wherever you suggest really) for some technical trail skills - rocky sections, jumps, cornering, line selection, tripple back flips and 980 cork screws etc... The simple stuff :P

My mate would also like to join.

Cheers,

Balt.

Very keen on a beginners clinic. Look forward to your next one.

Hi Peach please let me know - pm if you ever do a beginner / basics course. I'd love to do the inter but it would probably be better to get the basics done first.

Yeah, I'm also quite keen on a noob class!

Oh shoot, if it wasn't such short notice.

Sorry about the shot notice, things have been quite hectic lately.

If you can make this Sat pencil in for the 11th April 7-10am

I'm only seeing this now....

I actually attended a skills clinic on Saturday, funnily enough, at Modderfontein but it was very much the extreme basics, aimed for someone who has pretty much never ridden before.

Yeah actually want to find out. The beginning class is it aimed at true beginners who need to be told which is the front wheel and which the back or a little more advanced?

Come on, head down to CT. Spend a week and pick off some of the WC coin and head back richer and happier! We'll even throw in a mountain and some ocean. ;)

Ill have to see if I can get a week off work ;)

It is planned to be a bit more advanced than that but I will cover what I feel is necessary for that class, I have listed below what I cover in the lessons.

We go for a ride on the trails to put everything into practice.

The class is not limited to the below and if I feel the class can do more then we will.

If you have been riding for a while and you are comfortable on your bike then you will be fine with an Intermediate class.

Beginner Max 10ppl
- Bike setup
- Riding position, neutral, climbing & descents
- Braking
- Standing, movement on bike

Intermediate Max 8ppl
- Movement, getting loose on the bike
- Track stand/balance
- Braking
- Cornering, Long and tight corners
- Drop off
- Steep climb
- lifting your front wheel
- Getting onto/over logs and pavements
- Rock garden
