Me and my wife are ebtering tonight, looking forward ti another great race, and some good prep for my first triathlon in March. Plus I get to do it this time on my new set if wheels! Will try my utmost to do all 4 events this year and this time entering the full. Been working on my running, that run after the bike is not to be underestimated yoh
Long Wheel Base Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 I did all 4 last year, will definitely try again for all 4. Early start in the year though and then a long gap till #2. Pity they couldn't have put a few more in between somewhere.

mecheng89 Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Can't wait. I've decided to spice up my training by taking part in my first duathlon. I hear this is a great place to start. Am planning on doing many more, this year if possible. Any tips, especially for the transition? I'm worried about what to wear; will regular cycling kit do, or did I HAVE TO go with a bib? How is Hakahana? If I don't have SAS does that mean I start at the very back? Thanks
