Francois Pienaar Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 I reckon every year will be rough, but it all depends on mother nature and terrain. I've never done an epic, but I understand there are hardly any free kilometers so I doubt there will ever be an easy "Epic."

The winning time was 30hours with 739kms and 16000meters.In 2008, the winners did 36hours with 966kms and 18529metersMany other years in between, with longer distances, higher climbing and slower winning times than 2015 Epic Every year is a bitch.
