A cyclist not shaving his legs is like a pornstar not shaving her beaver, it is just so unprofessional!

Are you a professional talent scout........?

....or maybe a "Castor fiber vistulanus" research expert?

Fortunately I'm not a professional so I'm exempt.

Just because you're not one doesn't mean you can't dress the part!

If you care about what groupo you use or what colour your kit is you should care about shaving!

If you're a hairy guy, where do you stop shaving? That's what I'd like to know.

Yup, my hairline starts at the top of my bread and ends at my ankles, not sure which body part goes where.

Not for me thanks, reasons :

Looks good - I'm not in the habit of looking at other guys legs and will feel very uncomfortable if other are looking at mine.

Healing quicker - I'm not planning on crashing every time I ride, if you find you do then rather spend money you would on shaving on cycling lessons.

Massage - This is the only reason I can think of but I don't do the legs massage thing, but if you do the then yes I believe you should shave as it cannot be pleasant for the poor person massaging.

surely the only importance of your group is its performance and the only importance of the colour of your kit is...erm well the colour is of no importance. The only important thing is enjoying the ride.
