Alouette3 Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Looking for a Maxxis Ardent and Ikon 26" tire in CT. Seems places tend to only list 29" tires on the web etc. ie CWC. Who should carry stock and at a decent price?

Who should carry stock and at a decent price? Chain Reaction Cycles or Planet X, that's where I get all my 26'er tyres in Cape Town! Actually Evobikes and Sportsworld are stocking some 26er rubber and if people make enough noise I hope at least 1 shop will get the message that they can make coin supplying the ginger step child that is a 26er rider. Oddly you can still fond a lot of Maxxis at Sportsmans warehouse, might be good to pop in and see them and they can search across all their stores for you.

Who should carry stock and at a decent price?The Giant Durbanville store in Wellington Road carries stock of the Vittoria Saguaro TnT 26x2.20 tires. If you are looking for something more agressive, they also have stock of the Vittoria Goma TnT 26x2.4 tires available.

Mostly I've been hoarding trail tyres but have just sourced a Anthem for a friend and he needs more XC tyres. @Dirtypot: what are those rapids going for?
