How do I find that out? Hotspot Cycles and CycleLab informed me it can't be done.

I used the bottom cup of this one http://www.cwcycles....ered-headset-ds   after a few well established LBS in Cape Town Area told me it cant be done. However I had googled it preciously and knew what I was looking for. LBS dont have stock apart from the one above from CWcycles. U get a few others on CRC like hope and cane creek as well

This is a great suggestion. Busy trying to find one.

Cool. Quite common in Cape Town should be easy to find. Can't beat Silverback in this part of the market. Real decent quality frames with best in class components + great warranty at a good price. Whats not to like?

Seems they all gone. Maybe it's a sign. Should I start MTB? :P

Tenjou Tenji  -  get yourself a bike - a 2nd hand bike - any bike - just make SURE it is the right size and go and ride - preferably with your mates.

Learn and learn some more.

Enjoy it!     Sweat it out!

then

after a while get yourself the bike you want/need.

(Too much debate - no ride)

Grammar lesson - technical and XC cannot ever be used in the same sentence especially with just a / between them - I am watching you.

Come ride one of our demo Pygas at The Trailhead - 27.5 are available as 120 or 140 travel models. Their build kits only have RS Revelation or Pike depending on which model you looking at.

We also have the carbon Cube 140 Stereo 27.5 which is very very nice. Has a Fox 32 CTD Kashima fork...

Pygas and Cubes kitted with Pikes and Foxes...

All for R15,000

Bloody hell Robo, what time do you open in the morning

Alternatively, check robodog above, lekker bike shop, flippen stunning bikes, I can't see you leaving there without your bikes if you serious about it. Also since your are the mix and match type(I am the same) they are the perfect shop that do paint-by-numbers in bike terms.

+1

Pulled in there last Thursday with loose spokes (my bike felt like Noddy's car with oval tyres) and while I was drooling over the Cubes, Jason tightened my nuts, trued my wheel and I was out hooning on the Bundaberg Run before I could catch my breath.
