I use the standard garmin soft strap, and looking to replace the strap only, not the little monitor unit too. Mine is a little stretched and mangy at the moment. Anyone have any idea where I can find one for cheap in Cape Town? Thanks in advance:)

PeterF Posted June 30, 2015 Posted June 30, 2015 Why not just make a new one? You can buy some elastisized material at a material shop and re-use all the fittings from the existing strap. This is what I did with a bit of help from the wife. It was not a Garmin, but same principles apply.

Butterbean Posted July 5, 2015 Author Posted July 5, 2015 In case anyone else is looking at the same thing, got a polar soft strap replacement for 300 bucks from due south. Works like a charm and much more comfortable than the original garmin soft strap. Thanks for the help guys:)
