Recommendation on the pack suggests 150ml of water to a 21gr scoop. now my question, it does taste slightly better with milk, however 150ml milk makes it like a double thick milkshake, kinda chewing it down. Any downsides to using more milk? So that it's more like a nesquik?

The more expensive/more pure whey proteins taste good, and done get too thick so are easier to down. Try BSN Syntha 6, plenty flavours orOptimum Nutriton, Gold standard whey Be prepared to to pay R750 upwards for these.

Enigma77 Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Go for a decent Whey Protein, Optimum Nutrition, Dymatize or Muscletech. Mixes easier otherwise you can use Hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, which is the best. Very expensive though.

The new Nutritech range is fantastic, the cream soda aswell as the cookies and cream flavour is really nice. Even with water. They are also affordable at R620 for 3.2kg.

Have not tried the Banana, but honestly, the american ice cream soda tastes exactly like green nesquik. The cookies and cream is also really nice.
