When I crash I am sometimes on my my own and it's useful to have all details like medical aid at hand. I know it sounds like an odd thing to say but I crash and I ride alone. If I have a complaint it is in the past service has not been good. I have paid for express delivery only to have the product crawl through the postal service. First one I ordered was sent to an incorrect address. New owners makes me hopeful the service could now perhaps match the product quality because up to now it has not.

We have sorted out the postage problems, we now use Dawn Wing Door to Door courier who are really efficient and only cost R60 per parcel. We have also got a few Bicycle companies around the country that we use as Pick up Points for only R20 a parcel.If you ever need assistance, feel free to contact myself or Ali, our numbers are on the web.
