Myles: What time will you leave Wynberg to get to VA by 9:00?

I can meet you on Main Rd/Stanhope corner in Claremont. What time do you think we will get there?

DJR: What time and where should we meet you?

TubeHunter: Will you join us?

Howzeeet,

Pat we could fit in a quick training effort before 9 if you're up for it? I'm in Wynberg tonight, so good to roll for the morning! Over Constantia Nek, up Chappies to lookout, over Suikerbossie, up the Glen to Signal Hill and on to VA? Can come past your place just before 7 so we can roll somewhat easy pace?? Take some fluffy toys out for a scenic tour before...

That way we wont hassle Myles and co to ride faster...  Meet them at VA later.

I don't think there can be a more decent bunch of cyclists than the Hubbers who joined today. Friendly, from all walks of life, stopped for traffic lights, rode single file, gave way to pedestrians.......and all that even before handing over some fluffy toys! Cool bunch of people! Thanks Slowbee for setting it up!

Really grumpy I couldn't make it - REALLY grumpy. :( being horizontal on a day like this just holds no appeal.

Did the ribs make it, Myles? :)

Yeah. If it's flat, I'm fine. And you don't get much flatter than the main road from da Souff. Kept the HR and breathing in check. They were a bit tight, but survived.
