Out of interest, are dopers suffering bans tested during the ban?

 

Or is it two(?) years off 'to get into top shape' for when the ban expires?

The latter as far as I know then some come back with the 'see I am even better than you lot thought I was' attitude ....

AFAIK - If you intend to compete after your ban expires you need to reregister with WADA/UCI etc within 3 months of it expiring. You can then be tested out of competition, so no naughty business at the end of your ban.

Some people come back very strong after their bans... could be just the motivation to return and prove everyone wrong. Could be.

I thought Sky patented marginal gains, nutella bans, own pillows, getting body fat % down etc..

 

 

Does this mean what I fear it does ?

 

If so, that's my hopes of a Sky Contract out the window. #onesacrificetoofar
