Niner in South Africa - niner.co.za

I have just upgraded my Jet 9 RDO to a RKT 9 RDO and what a bike - exceeds my expectations!

I am amazed that the Niner brand is not yet mainstream in SA given the design and performance of the Niner range.

What is encouraging is that Niner is now represented in SA (niner.co.za) by the Bike Mob in Cape Town and they provide excellent service and support - Sean and Neville are the main guys here!

Niner will never be "mainstream" in SA. It is a niche brand, with a limited range and occupies the pointy end of the price range for the types of bikes they produce. 

 

I'm glad you like your bike - it is rather good looking.

 

P.S. That steerer tube - get it down to size. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

Sad that Bikemob no longer imports them. Any other people buying Niners in SA - if so - where?

are you sure they don't import them any more? I know they haven't been able to get stock but they're still listed as the dealer for SA on the Niner site

Not a fan of the pivot so far below the bb - it is lower than the chainring.
