Hi guys!

So last year when we went for holidays, a friendly traffic cop pulled me down... I was fined R500, because my bicycle is blocking my number plate. My bike rack is designed that way and I cannot help it.

So this year I did this... (see picture)

What do you guys do when you travel?

Your home-made solution will also result in a fine. Number plates need to conform to the set standards. Rather pay the outjie outside Checkers in Voortrekker Road R100 to make a spare plate that you can just cable tie to your bike's top tuuub.

yup, don't pay school fees twice! I did just that, then cable tied some cheapo snap shackles so it can hang from back bike. always lives in the boot.
