Don't.do.it! Just trust me you'll be moerig with yourself all of next week ..... Been there done that

Carbon load doesn't mean eat everything in sight and should be targeted at specific carbs .... Cakes and muffins I doubt fall into that [emoji12]

I got back from a two week holiday in Thailand earlier this week... put 4kgs on in two weeks  :o

6+ Chang beer a day really isn't great for weight loss! Not to mention not being able to stick with anything resembling my low'sh carb, sugar free eating/drinking. It was an awesome holiday though... the scale reading sucks, but I really can't have too many regrets - in the bigger picture it was certainly worth it!

Back on the horse though since I got back, 0.5kg down in two days, want to get back to where I was (86kg) by the time I run Soweto marathon on Nov 6

Good job Isetech/Armpies etc - just stay away from the cupcakes guys  ;)

watching those cupcakes being coated with icing is like sitting in a pub with your mates who are enjoying cancer sticks after a couple cold ones...days after you have canned the habit :(

i must say i have to give myself a pat on the back...i would have gutted at least 10 by now...I havent even had one today...even though i have a small stash of them kept one side for just in case.

i did give away my piece of chocolate/caramel cake...birthday parties what can i say...another one next week...this time a kiddies one...with all the good stuff...cake...astros...jelly babies...loads of fizzy cool drinks...i need to be strong ;)

Well done guys, I didn't cycle for some time, ate what and how much I wanted at said time. Weight was around 85-87kg size 34 pants, M-L shirts and then shot up to 97kg, pants to size 38, shirts L-XL. That was when I decided no freaking way, started with Herbalife shakes and taking in more protein, then last year (some more training incl as well) after 8-9 months back to 85-86kg, shorts/pants size 34 and shirts M-L again. One definitely feels a lot better about life and about yourself.

A bad day cycling is better than a good day working.

Why cycling is so good for you..

It makes you feel better ....look better and eat healthier.

The most difficult part of the 10 000 km cycling recorded on strava ...was motivating my mind to just get out and ride the bike for the first time...

Before....at over 130 kg...man boobs and all...size 44 with a squeeze...a mission to walk up steps...couldn't tie my shoelaces without having to hold my breathe.

My first ride on the beachfront...

Down to 99.6 kg...size 38 without having to suck in my gut to do the button...running up stairs...and tie my shoelaces without holding my breathe.

After the Amashova 2016

You never too young...too old...too fat or too lazy to start cycling it can only improve your life.
