She is about A. The one she has chafes her on the bottom and on the top going into the cleavage.

take a look at Pick and Pay clothing. They have brought in a new range of ladies sports bra's and the wife really enjoys running in them....look a bit like a tank top...pricing is also good.

Ok, she probably has more options then, being small, I'd suggest a crop top style - she might not need the bra type. Some anti-chafe is a must, I used to use vaseline when I ran but it's horrible on your clothes but I didn't find anything that worked as well or lasted as long. It used last me a marathon and then I'd have to reapply. But if she's getting chaffed on the cleavage she should try a different brand. they all chaffed me on the bottom.

I'm using the Mr Price Sport -Sports Bra's (Crop top type).

For the running and chafe, specially on very hot days. Some vaseline does the trick.

Also for me the bigger the piece that goes around your back the more stable I feel.

There is also a fine line between thicker material that stretch less and comfort.

Zambuk works way better, you don't need to reapply

I use it when running (feet, underarms and shorts seems)

Personally am a DD to E cup and swear by the Triumph underwire range. Support ranges from Light to Extreme. And the last - not significantly pricier than any other good bra. Don't know where you are situated but she must find a boutique that will help her fit a bra properly

Shock absorbers work like a charm

As well as the tank top fit ones

I would say if she's chaffing top and bottom the fit is definitely not right or the elastic has gone brittle and the bra needs to find a bin chop chop

A tip for her ......

Alternate between bras every session and make sure when they are washed they dry properly at the folded over elastic bits - if not they go brittle and cause problems

Just my 10c worth

So i think mostly the wrong crowd, but would appreciate the ladies and your better halves input. My girlfriends' sports bra hurts her when we go over 21km running. What is considered some of the best and most comfortable sports bra's around? Photos welcome

My wife got a Tri-Action Sports-Bra. She got it from Edgars.

I got all exited about it and how hot she looked in it.

But don't let the name fool you... I'm gettin NO ACTION when she's got that thing on.

..... As for the performance; she says it's one of the best she ever had.
