There were a lot of doubts about the sprinting abilities of Cav and his train - I think today showed they can hold their own, it was oh so close.

The folks who use the Sufferfest indoor training videos when it's too manky to get outside know all about the session called 'A Very Dark Place'. It's my all-time favourite.

 

There is one interval that never gets tiring, and that's the one with Cancellara & Paris-Roubaix. Gives me goose bumps every time!
