Its realy great If you haven't been riding Oval rings MONTHS before the Epic, I would advise against it changing now. Unless you been doing Nino's hamstring work outs recently.

Problem is when you can't hang onto the back of the group spinning like crazy. I'm hoping for a couple of kms of flat road to recover here and there
