Total genius! I've often pulled the old 'well if you actually obeyed the law like I did' excuse to cover up the sad fact in a recovery ride I was about to get shelled like a sprinter on Ventoux.

for those that are misreading the meaning of shouted, use this instead- I tried calling them loudly over the noise of the traffic.

But besides the shouting you already decided on the character of the guy and decided he was busy boasting to his mate and "dancing" around and that why he. Didn't hear you. Many assumptions there. I think he didn't hear you because you have a very squeaky voice and weak lungs.

Totally unnecessary but I felt it was deserved. Feel free to hand out advice. I will ignore it if I find it worthless. He made a comment I regarded as obnoxious then called someone thick.

 

Can't ride today but thanks for the suggestion. I have work to do and anyway I'm tapering for a big race.
