i heard there were lots of riders taking all sorts of short cuts in the second half......i personally only saw 3 riders in front of me bailing after the first 25km by going back to the start venue. dont think they went over the timing mat at the finish line though otherwise their finishing time would have been under 1h30min

I know this is a bit late, but the long route this year was the best so far in the 6 years I have been riding this event. Well done!
