Is a 2.0 inner tube compatible with a 1.95 tyre?

So, I have a bunch of 2.0 tubes because I have a pair of 2" slicks, but i'm wanting to use my old set of knobs that are 1.95. Will I experience any issues using the slightly bigger tubes?

No - should not be a problem - as long as its the same wheelsize - i.e. 26 or 29 inch it will be fine.

Actually, I have used a 26" tube in a 29er wheel. It was done in an emergency but worked perfectly fine.

You need to be a little more careful in fitting a bigger tube so that there are no folds in the rubber. These will form edges which rub in to punctures after a few rides. But 2.0 versus 1.95, that is very close, I would be surprised if you even noticed the size being slightly too big.

You beat me to it. It does stretch the rubber a bit thin so it won't last as long, but it works.

OP - 0.05" is 1.27mm. There's probably more variance between the sizes of tubes from a single batch than that. Inflate away.
