BaGearA Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 Ok so here goes I have a rockshox revelation rct3 that is at 130mm (120 but we played with the bottom out bumpers and works at 130 mm a treat) I would very much like to have it at 140mm but for this i have ro replace the airshaft assembly . Now I can order this or have a shop do it for me but It all comes to around R1400 to order and install wether I or the shop does it . So what I am hoping to do Is find someone on here or facebook or a friend of a friend(thats where you come in) that has a 140mm (revelation rct3 2015 or later) that would like to go to either 130mm/120mm then we can just swap air shafts rather than me bringing in one more airhaft into the country than there are forks and then trying to sell it. I will handle any courier costs if the person lives outside Gauteng. So yeah long story short If you know of some one looking to lower their revelation(again 140mm rct3 2015 or later) please please let me know or have them pm me Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks!

I think you're more likely to find one from a binned fork, stanchions get worn and is normally better to just get a whole new fork. I would speak to the guys who specialize in fork repair, ie droo

I would speak to the guys who specialize in fork repair, ie drooThat's probably where I'd get a break , but I've also heard of people buying long travel bikes and then just lowering the suspension cause they like the more racy feel (very rare tho..) but will PM droo today
