Done! For a thousand reasons like ... all the stolen bikes he's got back to their owners,

the LeTurbo toe straps he kept for me,

the love he gives my bikes,

being one of the most genuine guys I know,

that his customers are friends,

that everyone likes to hang out there,

that it's the social centre of Woodstock,

that he's grown it incredibly over 5 years,

that he has time to ride the mountain before getting in to open the shop,

he rides mtb and fixie and road and commutes and does track,

he rides the Tour of Ara and The Argus and just Saturdays for fun,

he's the one guy I know who's most at home on a saddle, like he's part of the bike,

(and still does stuff Suzanne better never know about),

he's involved in his community,

he sells special bikes at a special price on fridays so a deserving person can get a bike they couldn't normally afford,

he's helped drive a return to steel bikes

.... more and more.

(Still at 11. Vote, vote, vote! And no silly little marks on your thumb.)

I met him only twice... briefly... but can understand all you said.

Voted.

Up to Number 10! Whoohaa! Jeez, I can't imagine the good stuff he would do with R100 000 to add to the business! Everyone voted again today?

I did! Will again tomorrow!

I'm assuming this isn't the same Nils from Nils wheels that used to get vilified regularly on bikehub a few years back for dealing in stolen bikes?

Or am I seriously crossing wires!?

Ha ha, no, definitely someone else in a different suburb in a different business with a different set of ethics. (That's the thing with assume, it makes an ass of u and me.)

Added another, damn, I forget passwords quickly! They are like 'this message will self destruct in 10 seconds, 9,8,7......" in the James Bond movies.
